Stainless Steel Flat Bar is a rectangular strip of material used widely in construction, fabrication, and manufacturing. We offer two main types to suit your budget and application: Slit Edge (Sheared from coil) and Hot Rolled (True Mill Bar).
Types & Grades:
- Slit Edge (Sheared): Produced by slitting coils. Cost-effective, sharp edges. Ideal for general fabrication, brackets, and structural frames.
- Hot Rolled (True Bar): Produced by hot rolling. Features slightly rounded, smooth edges. Superior straightness and finish. Ideal for exposed architectural work and machinery.
- Grades: 304/304L (Standard) and 316/316L (Marine Grade).

- Width: 1/2" (12.7mm) – 4" (100mm) and wider.

Yes. Our standard stock is No.1 (Mill Finish), but we can polish the bars to Hairline or Mirror finish upon request for decorative applications.
