Aluminium Sheet & Plate (Grade 1100, 5052, 5083, 6061)
Industrial Aluminium Plate offers superior strength and durability compared to commercial grades. We supply high-quality alloys suitable for precision engineering, marine applications, and structural components. Available in both thin sheets and thick plates.
Select the Right Grade:
- Grade 5052 (Al-Mg): Medium strength, excellent corrosion resistance. High fatigue strength. Ideal for sheet metal work, fuel tanks, and marine parts.
- Grade 5083 (Marine Grade): High strength (non-heat treatable), exceptional performance in extreme environments. Best for shipbuilding, cryogenic vessels, and pressure tanks.
- Grade 6061 (Structural/Mold): Heat-treatable (T6/T651). Excellent machinability and weldability. The top choice for CNC molds, structural frames, and aerospace parts.
Specifications:
- Thickness: 0.5 mm – 150 mm+ (Thick plates available)
- Standard Size: 4' x 8', 5' x 10', and Custom Cuts
- Surface: Mill Finish
Trinity Dynamic supplies Aluminium Plates with Mill Certificates. We offer cut-to-size services for thick plates.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Grade 6061-T651 is the best choice for machining. It produces easily breakable chips and has a stress-relieved temper, ensuring dimensional stability and flatness after machining.
Both are marine grades, but 5083 has higher magnesium content, making it stronger and more corrosion-resistant in extreme environments than 5052. 5052 is easier to form (bend) and is typically used for lighter gauge applications.
