Bright Annealed (BA) Stainless Steel Sheet is a cold-rolled stainless steel that undergoes an annealing process in a controlled, oxygen-free atmosphere. This process prevents scaling and results in a smooth, bright, highly reflective surface that is similar to, but less clear than, a No.8 mirror finish.

The key advantage of the BA finish is its extremely smooth and non-porous surface at a microscopic level, which makes it very difficult for dirt and bacteria to adhere. This makes it a standard material for industries with high hygienic requirements.
